On Hand is a performance with an open invitation to sit at the table and share a moment of reflection.
Visitors are invited to sit at the table and knead bread dough while taking part in a guided conversation with the artist.
The simple act of kneading becomes a ritual for a moment of togetherness. With the warmth of the hands, the dough becomes a living material that stains the fingers and transmits energy. You are invited to let your thoughts flow through your fingers into the dough. As your fingers move and reshape this moment, hands, mind and heart move at the same gentle pace.
